I found the Staff very pleasant. They would pass me greeting me with a smile. The overall layout from what I’ve seen is modern and spacious. Reasonably clean. Very quiet even though I raised my voice because my aunt is hearing impaired. Thanks to Social Worker Megan for filling in when Nichole was unavailable. Also, a special thanks to Nichole, ( Social Worker ), for all her hard work in helping My aunt. I was surprised that she even followed up with a phone call, asking how my aunt was doing. This was not my first rodeo! I've been to three rehabs in the past, so I know a thing or two about how rehab is supposed to go. I was very much pleased with Downtown Brooklyn Rehab. 5 stars across the board from nursing staff to rehab and food. My therapists, Mila and Paul, were so warm and caring. I was so touched by the manner in which they help me. The food was great and if I didn't like a plate they brought me something else. All around I'm happy I came here.
