I found the Staff very pleasant. They would pass me greeting me with a smile.
The overall layout from what I’ve seen is modern and spacious. Reasonably clean. Very quiet even though I raised my voice because my aunt is hearing impaired. Thanks to Social Worker Megan for filling in when Nichole was unavailable. Also, a special thanks to Nichole, ( Social Worker ), for all her hard work in helping My aunt. I was surprised that she even followed up with a phone call, asking how my aunt was doing.
